Dr. Xie’s research focuses on elucidating the reaction mechanisms and design principles underlying homogeneous and enzymatic catalysis.
Research Interest:
I employ advanced computational tools, such as DFT, Molecular Dynamics (MD), and QM/MM, to decipher complex reaction mechanisms in transition metal and enzyme catalysis, focusing on the fundamental origins of reactivity and selectivity.
